Rules 2v2

Rules can be added throughout the season

The end of season tournament will be formatted like March Madness where the top seed will face the lowest seed.

Prizes will be awarded to 1st 2nd and 3rd place finishes

Games will be 3 sets.

Set 1 Set 2 and Set 3 will be played to 21 rally scoring.

Must win by 2 points

Indoor rules applied

NO OPEN HAND TIPS ALLOWED FOR 7TH GRADE AND UP

If tip is completed by team the point will be awarded to opposing team

All players are front row. If you serve you can run up and block

Alternate player serving

All net faults awarded to opposing team

There is pursuit

Serving let will redo serve if happens twice point will be awarded to the opposing team.

EXAMPLE: If player A serves and it hits the net and lands on the opposing team side. It will be a replay of point and player A will serve again. If it happens again then a point is awarded to the opposing team.

If sub is needed must notify the opposing team and ref at the start of set 1.

If sub is needed will need to be player within age division

If sub is needed will need to be player not on a roster for 2v2

If sub is needed the sub will need to visit the front desk at N sports and sign a waiver if never played before. Failure to sign waiver will be at one's own fault

If the team can not make the scheduled game. The team will be responsible for notifying N sports for the appropriate cancellations and a forfeit will be made.

In the case of a forfeit the opposing team will be awarded the total 3 points for securing the win.

2 girls and 2 guys on court

Can play with 3 players, 1 girl minimum

A player can sub for another team that is in need of a player but can only play 2 games for that day.

Example if player A plays at 5 and team B needs player A to sub. Player A can sub for that team and no other team for that night.
